Children's Restoration Network (CRN) was founded in 1993 by Jim Cox and Cliff Kinsey on the belief that every child deserves a childhood. The mission of CRN is to offer hope and support, enabling children and their mothers to break the cycle of homelessness by empowering them to become part of mainstream society as active productive citizens through programs and special events designated to address their spiritual, emotional, and physical needs.

Each year we conduct programs and special events to provide a broad range of positive experiences for over 3,000 children daily and more than 6,000 children annually residing in more than 134 shelters and group homes located in 21 metro Atlanta counties. CRN believes that education is the key to breaking the vicious cycle of homelessness. Celebrate the Children 2017 benefits CRN’s educational programs collectively known as “HeadSmart.”  These programs include the Back 2 School Readiness Campaign, Project One on One Mentoring Program, and New Hope Scholarship Fund.  For more information regarding Headsmart and other programs and events, please return to CRN's Home Page.
