Proceeds from the Children's Classic will provide a $3,000 scholarship for a deserving high school senior who resides in a shelter or group home to attend college classes or a technical or trade school. The uncertainties of life, a lack of personal attention, and often frequent changes from one school to another make it difficult for homeless children to maintain the “B” average needed to qualify for the Hope Scholarship. There are many homeless children who are smart, hard-working, and deserving of support. This scholarship will give one child that extra helping hand that will hopefully put a young man or woman on a successful and rewarding life path.

Career Preparation Workshops: creating resumes and teaching interview skills, for mothers living in shelters

Thanksgiving: providing turkeys and filling food pantries

12 Days of Caring Toy & Gift Drive: providing gifts, parties, and fellowship

Friends Indeed: matching groups or companies with a home or shelter to donate supplies, services,                        and events
